I must say, the location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were able to explore the vibrant Covent Garden and visit the iconic British Museum, all within a short walking distance. The convenience was unparalleled.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, great location, clean rooms.

It was made fresh to order, not a greasy buffet, and included a variety of options like eggs, bacon, sausage.

There were several negatives during my stay. the hotel itself was quite dated and could benefit from some modernization and redecoration.

Convenient central location, spacious double room-apartment, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely seating area, and lucky to have a garden. Great amenities like air conditioning, fold-out unit, biscuits, coffee, and bottled water. Quiet with double glazing, reception open 24/7, helpful staff, good breakfast, and excellent value for money. Many nearby attractions and eateries, and only a short stroll to the Peacock theater.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the tourist highlights and being in the heart of London. It was really close to the theatre district, which made it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and had a fully fitted kitchenette, which was a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised to find 1 double and 3 single comfy beds in my room, offering plenty of sleeping options. Additionally, having an adjoining patio garden was a delightful bonus. The breakfast included in the stay was absolutely wonderful, cooked by a chef and offering a great variety of options.

One thing to note is that some guests mentioned noise from doors slamming shut, which affected their sleep.
